We recently hired 30A chefs for a girls weekend in Rosemary Beach and I cannot endorse the team enough! Chef Franco and his assistant Nicki were lovely, easy to work with and the food was DELICIOUS! Fantastic!  Chef Franco and Nicki delivered a first-class dining experience for our group.  Food was outstanding!  The quality and taste are something you have to experience to believe.  We had a large group of adults and teenagers; everyone enjoyed the dishes that Chef Franco created.  Even those who normally don't eat seafood.  More importantly, Chef and Nicki were a pleasure. Family style or plated menus.

$125 per person, plated add $125 server fee

All our menus are designed for diverse families and guest preferences. A little something for everyone. Featuring made from scratch food with big flavors and beautiful presentations.  Meals are accompanied with a non-intimidating, warm and inviting feel. There is a 8 person minimum for these menus.
These menus can be served family style or plated for $125 per group.

Stock the fridge – $125 per group of 12. Grocery shopping service to be delivered upon your arrival. Unlike traditional grocery delivery services, we can deliver beer, wine, liquor items, drinks, water, snacks for the kids as well as everyday items needed for your stay. Who doesn’t love a fresh home-made breakfast while on vacation? Chef can make you a classic simple breakfast of all your favorite items like fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese grits and drop it off the night you arrive with a stock the fridge service. If you’re looking for a fabulous brunch experience you can choose from one of our menus or we can customize it to your needs. Brunch service includes set up and breakdown.

Families WITH a dinner service- $16.50pp; Families WITHOUT a dinner service- $20pp cocktail drinks & hors d’oeuvres

Sit back, relax & be a guest at your own party!! You provide all bar supplies(mixers, sodas, juices, ice, etc.) AND ALCOHOL which we can pick up and deliver for you. I provide the splash of fun!! Let us serve you HAPPINESS!!

Our private Chef services are tailored to meet your individual needs

Private Chef – In home vacation rental meal preparation and service. I work closely with my clients and take into consideration their preferences when customizing menus for their vacation or retreat in home meals. This is a daily or weekly meal service that offers heat and serve ready to eat meals. this includes shopping for the ingredients, cooking and cleaning up after the meal is made. This does not include the set up for a buffet or the plating of any food. However, for an additional fee this service is available.

In home dinner parties– This could be for a poolside party, special occasion, formal sit down dinner or a buffet style event in your vacation home rentals. This service includes purchasing all ingredients for food served as well as specialty drinks, liquor, beer and wine. We will set up or serve agreed upon items as well as supply any party needs that are requested such as plates, utensils cups and ice. This service also includes complete clean up of all dishes, glasses, garbage and floors so you can enjoy your guests, not clean up after them. This service does include a server for up to 12 people and carries a service fee and a gratuity fee.
