We are a small, family owned and operated bakery located in beautiful Ketchikan Alaska. We started our business with a simple philosophy, keep it simple and delicious. We make everything in house (with a few exceptions like Chobani yogurt), we grind our grains, bake our bread, roast our coffee, make our own syrups, and everything else you see in the case. We Don’t Do That
We strive to make great coffee that does not need to have its’ flavor masked by other ingredients. We serve traditional espresso drinks in traditional sizes, we do not follow the latest trends offering an exhausting list of options for our coffee, we keep our drinks simple and we keep them small. We love coffee, we also love dessert, but coffee should be something you drink with dessert; not the dessert itself. If you prefer a “fancy” coffee drink we are more than happy to recommend some other shops to fill your needs.
