ABOUT AEM
AEM Demolition Ltd has over 40 years of experience in demolition and any associated works.
Based in Kent but have worked all across the country, distance has never been a problem, we have worked as far away as Sheffield in the North to Bodmin Cornwall in the South.

Below lists the work sites where AEM Demolition have completed full top down demolition over the last few years on a variety of contracts ranging from £95K to £1.9million.
As a company we are some times asked to act as principal contractor for larger companies working directly with the architects and engineers. AEM organise the site set up, handle the welfare and complete all the necessary paperwork to comply with current CDM regulations.

All of our operatives carry a minimum CCDO labourer card to full CCDO demolition site managers. All our machine drivers are carded to the required levels. A.E.M carry out full temporary works, with fully trained labourers, burners, first aiders and are qualified for CAT2 asbestos removal.The company owns an extensive range of heavy plant machinery including excavators, skid steers and crushers.

PROJECTS
33, KING WILLIAM STREET, LONDON
A.E.M Demolition completed a complicated 12 month project, including a top down demolition of a 13 story office block in the city of London.
COLSTON HALL, COLSTON STREET, BRISTOL
A.E.M Demolition/Pembridge Contracts have been awarded the strip-out and demolition of Colston Hall within the busy city of Bristol. A complex project on a listed building, working closely with English heritage and environmental agencies, to cause minimum disturbance in the city of Bristol.
WALTON COURT, WALTON-ON-THAMES
A.E.M Demolition have started the demolition of the prestigious BirdsEye headquarters in Walton-on-Thames. A 26 week contract with asbestos removal, scaffolding, demolition and crushing.
