The Estimate
Reach out to us so we can come out to your property and learn more about your scope of work, timeline, and budget. Depending on your situation, we may be able to get the job done before we even reach the estimate stage. Note that there is an estimate fee that we’ll refund if you choose to work with us.
The Contract
Next, we’ll provide a simple quote to give you an idea of what the project will cost. If you are still interested in working with us, you’ll receive a second, more detailed quote. Once you give us the green light and decide to move forward, we’ll turn the quote into a contract within a few days.
The Planning
During the planning stage, we’ll let you know where you can purchase the materials required for your project. This is also when you will pay a 50% deposit so we can get you on our schedule and get started as soon as possible.
The Work
This is our favorite part! We take your vision and turn it into a reality. We’ll oversee your entire renovation from start to finish to make sure it’s completed on time and on budget. You’ll be updated on its progress, every step of the way.
The Final Walkthrough
Once your home has been completely renovated, we’ll walk through it with you to ensure you’re completely satisfied. We won’t leave until we’re confident our work meets our high standards.
