Creative Thinking

Imaginative play helps develop innovative, outside-the-box thinking and the ability to see new possibilities.

Our world needs new solutions more than ever. Developing this skill in our kids is crucial.

Independent Decision-Making

Kids' choices and actions are linked to outcomes within an immersive storyline.  Instead of a set of rigid instructions, kids are given control over their own experience. This fosters reflection on their own feelings, thoughts, decisions, and the impact of their actions.

About our Summer 2024 Sessions

Each Session begins in 'the Lab' with Professor Lorekeeper, a highly respected academic researcher who studies the magical creatures of the forests and water bodies of the Pacific Northwest.

The Fairies' Dilemma

Fairies are some of the most powerful magical creatures, and there are hundreds of different types. Sometimes fairies fight, but for hundreds of years, the W.I.N.G. (Worldwide Integrated Network of Guardians) Alliance has prevented major wars. Now, the Alliance is experiencing new threats and campers, as Professor Lorekeeper's assistants, must help the fairies find common ground through the essential shared fairy past-times and values, including artistic self-expression, song and dance, potion creation, epic outdoor adventures, silly play and tea parties.

Themes include:

  • Sharing joy

  • Collaboration and communication

  • Self-expression
