Anja Buetergerds is originally from Schüttorf, Germany. It's a charming town near the Netherlands border, in the North West of Germany, about 40 minutes due west of Osnabrück. Anja moved to Los Angeles, CA in 1994 where she met her husband John. While in Los Angeles, Anja worked as an Executive Assistant for a private commercial property asset & management firm in Los Angeles. During this time she learned the ins and outs of managing and making property investments. Upon relocating to Sarasota, FL in 2006, Anja promptly took on a career as a Florida REALTOR® obtaining her license in February 2007.
