About Us
AP Group commenced its journey in 1986 establishing themselves as the pioneers of retail & distribution for premium and luxury brands in India. The Group was built on strong foundations of passion, people and the willingness to continually evolve with the ever-changing retail environment.
Wholly dedicated to ‘excellence in retail and distribution’, our mission remains to bring premium and luxury brands to India and represent them in alignment with a global benchmark, staying true to their core DNA. Headquartered in Mumbai, our staff strength proudly stands at over 400 employees spread across the country.

Retail
We exclusively represent the world-renowned gourmet date brand – Bateel in India and South East Asia and are the largest partners for Swarovski boutiques in the country. Additionally, we also operate our very own e-commerce platform, chains of multi-brand watch and sunglass stores, as well as Rado and Tissot watch boutiques. Our retail footprint today stands at 30+ stores across our brands with many more in the pipeline.

Distribution
In what was a strategic decision to incorporate distribution into our group portfolio in the year 2000, AP Group is now among the largest independent distributors in India. With the exclusive license to distribute Roberto Cavalli by Franck Muller, Roberto Cavalli, Just Cavalli, Esprit, Ted Baker, Rotary, Hunter’s Gourmet, Cavalli Class & Slazenger our network spreads over 1000 point of sales across the country. We have also recently ventured into manufacturing taking up the license for Juicy Couture, Nine West and Carlton London and have also entered the fast-growing baby industry with our very own brand - Fancy Fluff.
