Meet The Chef

 

Chef Wayne Williams is a proud Northwest Florida native.  He got his start in the food industry at the age of 14,  working in many of the area's local resturants.  Throughout high school he acquired a treasure trove of experience.  He learned to prepare an array of cultural dining flavors and developed a love for each.

 

Following high school Chef Wayne attended Le Cordon Bleu - Las Vegas, where he furthered his knowledge of the industry.  Returning to Northwest Florida in 2007,  he took over as Executive Chef at Rutherfords 465.

 

From there, Wayne worked in several other area restaurants before deciding to bring his services and skills to the private homes of the Emerald Coast.  Even today, Wayne loves trying new dishes.  Seeing the smile of satisfaction on a customers face, or having a client return again and again,  makes all the time spent honing his craft truly worthwhile.
