Pickup Policy

All customers may pick up their orders in their cars at the curbside. As well as your order number or a screenshot of the order confirmation, please make sure you have your photo ID on hand.

Every customer who purchases from us has two days to pick up their items. If they are not picked up within those two days, they will be charged a $5 holding fee each day they are not picked up.

Return Policy

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • They must be unwashed and unworn

Clearance items, free gifts and promotional items are not returnable!

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. You must purchase your own label.

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If your return is approved, it will be processed, and a store credit will be emailed to you within 7 working days.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDER OVER $100

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier, but will ocassionally utilize UPS. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order and ship it out.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business day of purchasing, feel free send an email to Foreverbabe.co@yahoo.com

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS (or UPS) for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the shipping provider. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
