For those, who like me, are not a fan of powders, I was so excited when @gucciwestman described her new @westmanatelier Vital Pressed Skincare powder as the “(…) powder for people who hate powder.” That me! 🤚🏻
It has an ultra-feathery formula packed with micro-milled skincare actives like Vitamin C, for antioxidant protection, probiotics (strengthen skin barrier) & quinoa seed extract (to retexturize skin and minimize pores). It sweeps away shine but keeps your radiance; it blurs the appearance of pores and is said to improve skin quality over time (skincare meets makeup).
I love Translucent for an invisible veil (5th pic), Pink Bubble for a subtly brightening effect (1st pic) and Crème for a smidge more coverage than Translucent (3rd pic), there are two deeper shades: Cafe and Dune (in 2nd pic group shot).
As I love to layer on my skincare before makeup, I have been loving these powders on the area between my nose and cheeks, where I notice my pores more, also lightly dusting it on the area between my brows, to ensure any lines are not accentuated. It is feather light and I cannot feel it at all, my skin looks like skin, healthy, radiant skin still.
As a huge fan of the “no makeup makeup look”, love this “not powder powder” 🥰.
What about you, do you use powder in your makeup routine?

Ps. For those in Australia, I saw these will launch @mecca in August (had a few DM’s so thought I’d preempt some here) ☺️)
