On top of the application above, the buyer needs to reach out to BTVE Office at 561-737-1287 or via email at ofcbtve@gmail.com and provide a copy of contract/lease as well as other documentation that the office will give to buyer/renter.

The fee is $250 for a 10- business day turn-around, if you need it rushed there is an additional fee of $100 to expedite it for a 3-business day turn-around.

 

To pay your quarterly dues: Due Dates are January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.

 

In 2024, the amount is $1906.00.
