Sometimes, when I look at a lot of stuff over a broad number of years, I’m just struck by how nobody on the planet Earth could ever, ever convince me that Harry & Louis were not together and in love. Still, of course, but especially 2010-2012. They said it all the ways they knew how to say it and could say it. Repeatedly, consistently, using many, many different methods. They were begging people to see it.
Haven’t posted here in a while, but this struck me this morning as I read it. It’s about a prisoner of war in Vietnam, and I understand the gravity of that situation and do not compare what I did here to that at all. But the question and answer below has been applied to countless other situations since, and that is what I am posting here.

You must never confuse faith that you will prevail in the end–-which you can never afford to lose–-with the discipline to confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be.”

When you really boil down Elounor 2.0, it is a stark, cold reality. I don’t understand anyone who 1) thinks it’s real or 2) thinks it’s healthy. She is an unemployed robot who lives in his broom closet until she’s needed to post pictures from the easily identifiable lawn of his public house. He’s stopped liking her pics on Instagram. He doesn’t show her any public support in anything. She follows him around London only. Can’t even get a flight to LA. At least Oli gets that.
