Received oil and all filters except for cabin filter missing from parcel, otherwise good quality items all fitted as expected. Seller then sent out a cabin filter but it never arrived, seller seems to have problems with parcel delivery quite regularly. Good communication and friendly seller, I had to buy a cabin filter elsewhere.

Hi there, glad you like the kit, as for the cabin filter, Royal Mail tracking 0218ef2f0115cda1 shows the filter as delivered to your property with GPS that matches your address

Apologies to the seller - ironically having waited since Christmas week for the cabin filter it arrived today while I was in work!! I did give significant time and patience before leaving feedback, and as mentioned have since purchased one elsewhere. Good seller if you can wait for items.

A repeat customer and will buy again however…Positives: 1) These service kits are fantastic value for money!2) High quality correct parts for the vehicle.3) Communication with the seller is great! Negatives:1) Postage is never “other 48hr courier”. This order has taken 16 days to arrive which is very poor. 2) On my last two purchases I’ve been told that the packaging has been damaged in transit. This maybe due to the poor packaging (please see photos). Thus, delaying delivery.

Thanks for the feedback, selected option was free budget delivery. We mostly use Comma Oil Boxes, which are double walled and strong as can be.

Everything came together and nothing was missing, only issue is it took longer than expected, it advertised as 48 hour shipping and took over 2 weeks however the seller kept in contact and told me that 5 of his parcels sent out had been damaged by the courier. When parcel arrived the box itself was damaged but all the parts seem to be fine no damage internally.

Glad its received and all good. Evri are a nightmare, but as my kits are oil, very few companies will take them. 99 times out of a 100 they are spot on though. Fedex upgrade available on this item for a few extra £££

Parts are all good quality and as described delivery took longer than expected as when ordered stated 24 hour but took just under two weeks but seller did have to resend the parcel and they were very quick with replys and helpful
