Woah, slow down there tiger, we'll ease you in: we'll start by making some small changes here and there, but most importantly, get you into a routine. Then we will work together to continue to refine. Big changes all at once are hard to commit to and hard to keep, but with a little help from your fellow meat-head-friend, we'll get you heading in the right direction and keep you heading that way.
