Cutshall Properties

Historic Madison, Indiana holds a special place in our heart.  The downtown, off the banks of the Ohio River, is a beautiful spot to visit and work.  The rich legacy of the Lanier family not only left us the Lanier Mansion, a home on the national historic registry that you can visit, but many other prominent buildings that are available to tour or belong to residents and business owners of Madison.  Continuous festivals, unique shopping, hydroplane races, museums, and natural landscapes like Clifty Falls make it a great destination to visit or live.

Cutshall Properties, LLC owns and operates several locations in downtown on the historic registry that are available to rent for short-term stays or long-term leases.

The Drusilla Building off Broadway Street has 7 large suites for established and growing businesses.  Some are currently filled, with tenants that have been practicing for more than 30 years.  Others have been recently renovated and become occupied by new businesses and tenants.  Steps from the Broadway Fountain, and zoned both residential and commercial, this unique property has received an Outstanding rating on the national historic registry.  Please contact cutshallpropertiesllc@gmail.com or visit the Cutshall Properties office located in the Drusilla Building, to request a tour and leasing information.
