As a senior learning leader and learning experience designer, I’m a problem solver who analyzes business goals and pain points to identify root causes of performance gaps. I design intentional, user-focused learning solutions and experiences that meet learners at their moments of need in the flow of work.
Life-long learning and professional development are important to me. I mentor other L&D professionals, through my occupation as a servant leader for Verifone’s global training team and through my volunteer efforts with DesignxHumanity, a design collective who empowers BIPOCs to become learning experience designers. I’m fascinated with continual improvement, always pushing myself to learn something new and gain additional insight into how I might help others get their breakthrough or “light-bulb moment”.
