I cannot fault them at all, from day one they worked extremely hard to make sure our selling and buying process was as swift and stress-free as possible. From the moment we placed our property on the market, they made sure that we received offers from serious buyers who were the least likely to pull out using their knowledge and expertise. Their estate agents were always happy to help with questions or any concerns, making sure we were always informed and provided us with continuous feedback from viewings, as well as always arriving on time for viewings and with a smile on their face. There were times we were on a very limited timescale to find a buyer and they made sure we had numerous viewings booked in. Their sales manager provided us with an outstanding service and worked exceptionally hard to get us the best offers and made sure that we found the right buyers, not any buyers, ones that he was confident were serious. He fought hard to get us the best offers, was honest when he thought we could get a better offer and when he thought any potential buyers were not serious enough or were likely to pull out at a later stage. He understood how stressful the selling and buying process was, he reassured us and kept us hopeful even when we thought all hope was lost! Once we had found the right buyers, our allocated sales progression team representative was also exceptional. She continuously worked exceptionally hard, even out of her working hours to make sure all parties from the chain were constantly updated, informed and in communication. On days that were extra stressful and where the chain was looking a little unstable, I can confidently say she was the glue that held the chain together. Therefore, I would like to add a special thank you to the sales manager Charles Stoten and our sales progression representative, Charlotte Parry. From start to completion, David Doyle's excellent friendly staff helped and supported us through every step of the selling process. Given we were new to doing this they never complained or failed to answer our frequently asked questions. They always replied to any queries quickly and explained things so we could understand them. We were really impressed with how they advertised our house, including 3D imaging, and walking us through all the required documentation, while always maintaining health and safety precautions due to Covid. Without the help of the DD team and their contacts we would never have sold our house within a week of going on sale.
