Davidson Funeral Home is a locally owned and operated service with a rich history in Lexington and Davidson County.  We offer many types of services tailored to meet the needs of the entire community from two locations.  We also operate the only Crematory in Davidson County.  Our staff is composed of local funeral professionals, who have been a part of the community for all or most of their lives.  Many staff members have been involved in state and national organizations that serve the funeral industry.

Davidson County is located in the central piedmont area of North Carolina and has long been know for the fine furniture made here and is the home of Lexington Style Barbecue.  The City of Lexington each year hosts the Barbecue Festival that draws 175,000 people to sample the pork shoulders cooked on an open pit of hickory coals.
