During the Winter months your property will be checked to cover your insurance requirements as nobody wants a burst pipes or vermin taking up residence.

For any property to run smoothly you need a clean fresh property and a efficient cleaning team to do this job.

We go in after each guest has visited the property and clean through ready for the new holiday guests, this involves to usual day to day cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen.

All properties should be Spring cleaned prior to the start of any holiday season to make sure that every aspect of the property has been refreshed from the last Season.

Providing a laundry service for the holiday home changeovers, making sure the laundry is washed and pressed ready for the next changeover.

Looking after your property throughout the holiday seasons and if there is a problem with guests or the property, sorting this out as swiftly as possible as not too cause any disruption to their stay.

Spring Cleaning Service

This is when those jobs like bringing the cooker back to life come in, getting behind the wardrobe and clearing the spiders, washing all the mattress and pillow protectors and duvets. If loose covers on sofas arranging for this to be taken off and taken to the launderette.

Liaising with the commercial carpet cleaning people to give the carpets the good freshen up. Checking that any appliances are in good working order or advising what needs replacing.

Maintenance Service
