I can’t begin to thank you for building me such a beautiful house. When I started looking for a place, I had no intentions to build. However, after looking at numerous homes for sale and then seeing the plans for the home you were going to build, there was no question about my decision.

This was my first experience with a new construction property and I expected there to be some bumps along the way. However, that never happened. You made this process so easy. You kept me informed every step of the way and helped me with every decision that I needed to make. You made sure I had the opportunity to see the progression of the house on a regular basis. There are so many features in this home that make it special.

It turned out more beautiful than I ever could have imagined and I am so happy here. I think more important was that I felt like this house was being built by a friend. From the moment I met you and your wife, you made me feel like I was an integral part of this process and I felt comfortable reaching out to ask questions as they came up. Having moved here from Virginia, this whole process was a true “Welcome to Georgia!”.
