About Me

I am seeking flow in tech, art, music, sports, boards / wheels. I am seeking balance between mind / heart / body. I am seeking to know / understand. I am seeking meaningful connection with family / friends / existence. I am seeking to produce more than I consume while being aware of what I owe to those that have come before.

My day job has me working in distributed computing with dotnet and csharp, but I love to dabble in all manner of programming languages and tech stacks.

Socially

I am el2iot2The spelling of my given name (Elliott) in a psuedo expression that supposes that repeated letters are "squared" (el²iot²) in a web-friendly slug form. on GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, and Mastodon.

Educationally

I majored in computer science and minored in art at Whitworth University and received a bachelors of science in computer science. I then went on to complete the thesis track at the University of Oklahoma and received a masters degree in computer science.

Professionally

After college, I co-founded Hachisoft Corporation with my brothers, and then began to work full time providing consulting services through that company. With a variety of software consulting customers, I have had the privilege to work on a variety of technology stacks and architectures. Most recently I have been working in distributed computing, but I find most areas of computing and tech interesting.
