We can conveniently help you or a loved one by providing medical equipment and supplies to your home across the state of Oklahoma. Our services are available to individuals, long-term care centers, assisted living communities, as well as other medical providers.
Common Rentals Requested:
Case Management
Case Managers will assist you in managing the resources and services you need to live daily life independently in your home. As your needs change, our case managers will work with you to adjust your services. Case Managers are provided to participants in the Community-based ADvantage Waiver program.
