FAIRCON specializes in design of HV and LV electrical systems, Substations, Panels, Cables, Diesel Power Generators, PA & Sound Systems, Addressable Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Telephone networks, Structured Data Cabling, UPS and Building Management systems etc. FAIRCON also carries out electrical safety audits of existing installations.

The Company has also undertaken overseas projects as technical advisors and consultants to local construction companies in Algeria, Ghana & Nigeria.
Faircon has prepared and provided detailed technical (Electrical & Mechanical Systems) Project Report for a world-class bulk grain handling terminal in Novorussisk Port in Russia capable of servicing large ocean going vessels.
Responsibilities as consultants extends from advice on tender preparation and negotiations prior to the award of the contract, recruitment of overseas staff, planning and programming of work through to execution and rendering full service to ensure smooth and satisfactory completion of the various projects.

2020 Mr. Harjot Singh becomes a member of the prestigious International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), Chicago, USA.

2021 Mr. Harjot Singh becomes a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), USA.

Faircon is managed by Mr. Devindra Singh Mankoo who is the Principal Consultant based in Mumbai. He has more than two decades of experience in the industry.
Having graduated in B.E. (Elect.) (Gold Medalist) in 1976, Mr. Singh has received extensive professional training in Lighting Design, process control systems, programmable logic controller applications, project monitoring & PERT from institutions and organizations like: M/s. Electromatic Industry A/S, Hadsten, Denmark; M/s Allen Bradley & Siemens India and Tata Consultancy Services , IGBC - CII ,DIAL Academy in Germany.

He was awarded 'The Laxmanrao Kirloskar Award' in design competition held by The National Design & Research Forum, Institution of Engineer (India).
Mr. HARJOT SINGH has more than ten years work experience. His exposure to corporate work life, along with his MBA has enabled him to implement Business Systems into the company that has allowed optimal time management and utilization of resources.
Mr. Harjot Singh is at the front end of Client-Consultant relationship on a day to day basis and is responsible for crucial function of document and drawing deliverables.
Mr. Harjot Singh has been trained in sustainable engineering design with Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) and is also an IGBC-AP (Accredited Professional).
He has a keen interest in Lighting Design and has successfully implemented across the board the Lighting Design software DIALux in the organization, which enables Faircon to provide end-to-end lighting design solutions for our clients. He is an Associate Member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), Chicago, USA and a life member of the Indian Society of Lighting Engineers (ISLE).
