No journey was made by standing still
When we start to feel discontent and want to create a new life for ourselves, we may have no idea where to begin or what to do! So, sometimes we simply need a helping hand to guide us along the way. It’s in our nature to want a quantum leap of change and for everything to happen quickly; as human beings, we tend to want instant gratification – however it is slow and steady that wins the race – after all Rome was not built in a day!
When we take small incremental steps towards our aspirations, dreams and desires we begin to recognise the subtle positive actions and impact, which lead us to our desired outcome. And most importantly it’s the growth from the journey that matters, more than the end goal!
