ABOUT ME

Paris

I'm a Kinesiologist and Health/Fitness Coach. What does that mean? Let me explain...

 

After studying to become a Personal Trainer and working in the industry for some time, I have observed some persistent flaws in common training methods that I aim to correct.

 

Many trainers simply train by the books and follow the equation 70% diet + 30% exercise = weight loss.

Unfortunately, this is not the case for everyone. Great health is a mental game for some of us, so when we are mentally strong, everything falls into place. Everyone has obstacles preventing them from achieving their goals- EVERYONE, including me. To address this issue, I completed a Life Coaching course which taught me incredible skills to help myself and others achieve our goals and to prepare us for the worst obstacles that life will throw in our path. These brand new skills have dramatically improved my life and the way I view the world. They will do the same for you.

I've developed these skills over time and effectively helped clients overcome morbid obesity, eating disorders and stagnant sporting performance. Removing fitness-limiting misconceptions can dramatically enhance your confidence, allowing you to improve your flexibility, agility, strength, endurance, performance, weight loss and any other facet of your life. I am certain that an inner athlete lives inside all of us, and it is my job to help you unleash your physical potential upon the world.

 

I believe in intense training programs that are rich in variety, challenge muscles that you are not aware of and boost your cardiovascular performance, all while focusing on the connection between your mind and body.  My goal is to make each workout a learning experience that extends your physical limits while ensuring that you use proper technique and are aware of the ensuing benefits. I believe in you, the next step is for you to believe in yourself.
