The Frances Hicks Fund is a non-profit, private foundation in Brattleboro, Vermont that provides assistance to intellectually disadvantaged people who live in Windham County, Vermont and Cheshire County, New Hampshire.
We provide financial assistance to individuals with developmental delays significantly below peers of the same age. These individuals have been determined to have an intellectual disability.
