ABOUT US
The Grange Health Care Facility is situated on the beautiful island of St. Kitts. It is a private organisation, established in 2000. Situated just 7 miles from the capital city of Basseterre, it is the first purpose built private health care institution on the island, thus pioneering community-based care for the elderly on St. Kitts.
The objective is to offer high-quality client-oriented care as its main priority. The ambience is serene and tranquil with beautifully landscaped grounds allowing the clients to feel safe whilst at the same time not restricting their mobility or freedom.
The services include nursing and residential care, convalescent care, day care facilities for seniors, rehabilitation, and complementary therapies, arranged care services for visitors to the island, facilitating training of nurses and care assistants & more.
