Perth BBQ School is the creation of Gusface Grillah, an enthusiast of all things barbecue, burgers and beers.

After years of running the infamous blog, delivering a stream of food porn via social media and competing in numerous barbecue competitions it's time to start teaching the people of Perth how to cook great barbecue!

The website is still under construction but our classes are well and truly under way, with our cornerstone class Weber Kettle Basics: An Introduction to Cooking with Charcoal running multiple times per month.

We also offer corporate classes, team building and bespoke events so get in contact if you want to know more!
