About Me

Here are a few things about me

I am a husband, father of three children, musician, songwriter, music producer, photographer/videographer and IT professional. First and foremost, I am a follower of Jesus Christ.

As an IT professional, I have offered more than 19 years of industry experience in IT Operations, Service Management, Project Management, Incident Management, Technical Writing, Vendor Management, Change Control, Computer System Validations, Standard Operating Procedure, and Cost Management. I am ITIL® v3 certified and CompTIA A+ certified. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Information and Computer Technology, an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Information Technology, and a Diploma in Information Technology.

Since its humble beginnings in 2001 under the business name Giles Media Solutions, we have provided services for the technological advancement of numerous local businesses, churches, aspiring artists and musicians. Those services included video broadcasting production, website design, print design (e.g. brochures, obituaries, posters, wedding programs, etc.), photo restoration, and IT consulting.

With a new name, Giles Creative Studios will continue to provide the same quality and commitment with focus on IT consulting, music production, videography and photography.
