Home Advantage Sports was founded by two experienced industry professionals with a passion for sports.
Brendan “Gilly” Guilfoyle is the Managing Director of Home Advantage Sports and looks after the day to day operation of the company. A former international Rugby League player, a current Rugby Union number 8 and an AIL stalwart, Gilly is also Head Coach of Limerick rugby club Old Crescent RFC. As the former National Development Manager of Rugby League Ireland, Gilly has many years’ experience in the management of events and travel within the sports industry.
Amy Ní Dhonnabháin is the Commercial Director of Home Advantage Sports. She focuses on account management and business development. A sports enthusiast, Amy enjoys playing squash as well as watching rugby and tennis. Amy comes from a background in sports travel and corporate hospitality with an impressive tour CV including the 2017 British and Irish Lions Tour, Ireland’s 2016 Summer Series in South Africa, and the 2015 RWC in the UK.
