I highly recommend In-Home Caregivers of Illinois. The level of care, compassion, flexibility and professionalism provided was very much appreciated. I searched for assistance to help me care for my mom who suffers from Dementia. It was difficult for me to trust her care to someone else. Isoken took the time to understand my moms needs as well as mine. She showed genuine interest in my moms care and compassion for her delicate condition. The caregiver selected (Helen) has been nothing but amazing! Helen is patient with my mom and I know I don’t have to worry when Helen is with her. Wonderful caregivers!  Compassionate, patient, kind, loving, and experienced.  It's a good feeling knowing your loved ones are in good  hands. In-Home Caregivers of Illinois were excellent to work with when trying to find some in home care for Mom. Isoken and her team were easy to work with, listened to what we needed and were able to find us the help that was best for Mom. Bronda was wonderful with her care and companionship for Mom. Where to begin? Isoken is very professional, thorough and clear in her explanations of what to expect which I greatly appreciated since I’ve never dealt with in-home care services. In addition, her nursing experience made a confusing and stressful situation involving all my mother’s health issue so much more tolerable. Isoken went above and beyond what we expected and her constant follow up kept the family in the loop and helped put us all at ease. She educated us through uncertainty and encouraged us to follow the best paths of care. Her assistant/coworker Peggy was also amazing. Peggy anticipated needs before we even knew they existed. Her nursing and rehab experience came through in her patience but mostly in the way she was able to motivate and push Mom while respecting her limitations. Nwamaka was also a wonderful care-giver. She was so attentive and willing to do whatever necessary to comfort and assist Mom. When we went to a doctor appointment, she was truly an advocate for Mom  by insisting on her comfort and looking out for her in the doctor’s office.
If/when Mom needs in-hone caregivers again, we will definitely be calling Isoken and her team. Thank you so much for making this very difficult time so much better got all the family.
