Growth by Choice “The Movement” believes that life-enhancement and revitalization of communities can be achieved through faith, love, and unity. “The Movement” is specifically designed to create opportunities in low income communities by encouraging young adults to use their abilities to create businesses, thereby creating commerce and wealth in the community.
Work Practices
Involvement in Growth by Choice “The Movement” is not a job; it is an opportunity; it is a movement, a revolution that is taking place. As a trainee, sponsor, or director here it is considered an alliance dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in communities nationwide, bridging the spiritual gap, and creating generational wealth for all families. Each opportunity created is deliberately reformed to fit and maximize the trainees’ skills, career goals, and personal situation. Our leaders are trained to set goals carefully with individuals and teams. Moreover, we evaluate performance based on results, rather than only on laboring.
Culture
Directors, trainees, and all affiliated with “The Movement” are respected, edified, and valued contributors and participants in “The Movement.” Whether a director, trainee, or volunteer, people, in general, are treated with equal respect and high regard. We are all here for the same purpose to Improve the Quality of Life in Communities nationwide: bridging the spiritual gap and creating generational wealth for all our families. Inspire Build Motivate enthusiastically supports and is dedicated to establishing learning centers that encourage individuals to use their natural skills and abilities to achieve a future purpose. All participants in our programs desire an enhanced lifestyle, true freedom, and the peace that comes from living an upright and prosperous life. All participants assume responsibility for achieving their goals and through this achievement Inspire Build Motivate, Inc. and all affiliated with “The Movement” also share in the celebration, recognition, and rewards when goals get achieved. Inspire Build Motivate in collaboration with “The Movement,” will continue creating and providing various training and development opportunities that create positive contributors to society. Our training systems wills trainees to use biblical success principles to guide them to self-realization encourages mutual trust and a lifelong learning experience. Everyone who seeks their desire will find it. Once known and envisioned, we will achieve it.
