The Ivan Allen, Jr. Legacy Bridge honors the mayor who guided Atlanta through the most critical decade of the city's history. The ribbons of color symbolize the evolution of Atlanta from a small Southern city to the dynamic international metropolis it is today.
Alongside the pedestrian pathway of the bridge is an interactive reader rail.
