More than 50 years ago in central Illinois, Joe Jenness helped his grandfather make raw apple cider vinegar to share with family and friends. As time went on, Joe continued the family hobby. Many relatives began to encourage Joe to start selling it, but it wasn't until Katie, Joe's daughter, encouraged the family to start taking their products to local farmers markets that they turned their family tradition into a business.
