My husband, Mark (aka the Professor) is doing a six-month research sabbatical in Auckland, and his three girls have come along for the ride.
Here, I’ll share details of the extravaganza of moving to the other end of the world for six months – packing up the house, getting us ready to go, applying for our visas, settling the girls into their different schools, the process of creating a temporary life. And our adventures in New Zealand as we try to make the most of that beautiful country while we’re there.

It’s going to be a great wonderful adventure for everyone. Your world will be opened beyond anything you could imagine. I lived in Greece for 2 1/2 yrs ….
