KEMSA Announces Partnership

KEMSA announces a new partnership with EMS Compliance, LLC. 


Did you know that if your organization receives federal healthcare funds, or bills Medicare or Medicaid, you are required by federal law to have an EMS specific healthcare compliance program?

Medicare is targeting emergency ambulance services in Kansas for improper claims and without a compliance program in place, you are at greater risk for massive fines and could be held personally responsible.

About 85% of the services in Kansas have a service membership with KEMSA.
