A text funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund exploring the history and legacy of 33 Arts Centre which served Luton’s creative communities for over 3 decades through the lens of the Accidental Archivist project led by Paul Jolly.


Intro

Independent contemporary arts curator, researcher and consultant based in Sheffield and operating regionally.

Work

Demonstrable experience delivering cultural strategies, programmes, exhibitions and events regionally through the lens of people and places, as well as transforming and diversifying local arts engagement and leading teams with dynamism and sensitivity.

My curatorial practice is informed by interests in; the civic responsibility of arts and cultural organisations, co-authorship, alternative pedagogies and understanding and addressing the complex relationships between social class, structural inequality and representation.
