The “Dinner in the Garden” series is part of a collaborative crowdfunding campaign to rebuild my regenerative farm, Honey Hush Flower Co.

Once a month I will be getting in the kitchen and cooking up delicious snacks and a dinner for farm donors paired with killer wines.

Your donations and sponsorships will not only directly help rebuild my flower farm, but you will also be supporting a network of small farmers and winemakers spanning from North Carolina to Oregon.

Food: I will be putting together menus with the same mentality that I have while working in fine dining. Great ingredients, sourced from local farmers or myself, prepared mindfully and with intention. This is a really exciting opportunity to not only support a small farm directly, but also enjoy an intimate, fine dining experience to be remembered for years to come. Each time you attend a dinner, you will get to see the progress of the farm and where your money really goes.

Wine: Wines will be from small, independent producers that focus on making quality over quantity. These could be from my friends that have just launched their own wine labels or just some solid producers that I have swooned over for years. Each month will be a different winery and I will tell you why I love these producers and what makes them stand out to me as a former Cellar Master and winemaker.

Currently, all dinners will be held at the farmstead. There are talks of having dinners at other farms and potentially at wineries, stay tuned for those to be announced. I ask that you please be respectful of the grounds and privacy by not sharing the location or geo-tagging on social media.

For donors interested in attending Dinner in the Garden, please be aware: I cannot guarantee there will be no-cross contamination of allergens from private residence cooking. I will do my best to accommodate.
