When my wife and I decided to build our dream home, we decided we wanted something quite different from all the models we had seen in our neighborhood. We wanted something contemporary and fresh, but most importantly, we wanted something that suited our lifestyle.
Of course this created all kinds of challenges, like the single large open space that serves as our kitchen, dining area and living area; the large folding door that leads to our back patio; the unique layout of our master suite and more. The first challenge was that our architect designed something that was way over budget.
Luckily, Robert was able to grasp our idea better than our architect did and was able to identify how to create our dream home while still staying in budget with some minor design changes. The result is just what we wanted. This is our forever home and we are confident that it is built to last. Robert was very helpful in answering our questions and keeping tabs with us throughout the construction process. We love our home!
