This is a beautiful condo and super clean. View from Lanai was very peaceful. Nicely decorated and lay out was great for us. Close to elevator and handicap parking space. Pool is within walking distance or for us scooter riders next to building. Travel Scooters couldn’t fit in bathrooms but everything else is easy access. Walk-in big shower in master BR. The layout with everything off one central hall was walkable for us. Jeff was a great host. Very happy guy with a good sense of humor. Helped us out with a few bumps and we really appreciated his and owners kindness. We will most definitely be booking another stay soon. Golf 2 bedroom at Lakewood National June 2019

The place was amazing. Everything was new, the amenity center with the pool and fitness center was beautiful. The location was close to all major stores and highways but enough away to feel like you were on vacation relaxing. Would definitely consider this place and complex again when in the Lakewood Ranch area. Jeff was great to deal with and addressed any questions we had immediately. This was are second stay at condo. Jeff is easy to work with. Condo is very nice, clean, lovely view, nice neighbors and easy access. This is a great condo with good living space and a wonderful lenai overlooking a small water area with birds, alligators and other wildlife to watch. Also, the lenai never takes full sunshine in March and is a corner so gets a cross breeze. The condo was very clean, well equipped and appointed. The Lakewood National facilities were super especially the golf courses and the small Tiki Lounge. The location could not have been better for access to the city and Longboat Key. The community the condo is located in is very safe and well landscaped. We loved this place! It was very clean and bright and really nicely decorated. Great view of a pond and the golf course. Lots of bird life to observe from the back porch area. The amenities are awesome, and we used the golf course and pool often as well as pickleball. There is a Publix grocery store and restaurants very close. We liked it so much we rented another place in the same complex for next year. The location is a little far from the beach, but there are back roads that make it pretty accessible, and the club amenities make it worth it. Golf lifestyle in new construction 2brm condo. Jeff is a fantastic host. If you get a chance to stay at one of the properties he manages, choose it. Check in and check out were easy, the place was exactly as described, and Jeff took the time to walk me through the approval process (for this location, HOA had to approve the guest). When a light bulb needed to be changed, he contacted me a full day before planning to stop by to make sure it was convenient for my dad and me. I wish every host was as professional and considerate as Jeff.
