jeremy Lotz, MA, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor in Missouri and an EMDR therapist. he is an individual & family therapist who's been practicing since 2005. he obtained his bachelor's degree in psychology from the university of central missouri in 2002 and his master's degree in mental health counseling from the university of missouri-kansas city in 2004. since that time, he's had the pleasure of working across several agencies as a therapist, clinical supervisor and training director. he now enjoys providing individual and family therapy in private practice in lee's summit, mo.
jeremy sees clients for individual and family therapy and specializes in adolescence, family issues, & christian counseling. he utilizes a variety of therapy techniques including (but not limited to) EMDR, solution-focused, family systems, cognitive behavioral & dbt-oriented therapies. jeremy has advanced training in the best-practice trauma therapy called EMDR and is able to help clients recover from all forms of trauma.
jeremy has experience with the following issues: trauma, child & adolescent behavioral issues. young adult issues, depression, anxiety, codependency, emotional issues, life management skills, mood disorders, parenting issues, stress management, anger issues, grief and loss, self esteem, and blended family issues.

therapy
since 2005 jeremy has provided individual, family and couples therapy. jeremy specializes in adolescence, family issues, parenting, and christian counseling. jeremy is a fully trained EMDR therapist who also completed an additional 18 months of advanced EMDR training. Individual, Couples, and Family session fees are each $135 for 60 minute sessions.
jeremy is not in-network with insurance companies but can provide a superbill for you to pursue out-of-network reimbursement from your carrier.
supervision
jeremy provides individual supervision for mental health professionals pursuing their lpc in Missouri and has offered these services since 2007.
speaker
jeremy is available to lead presentations, consult, & facilitate workshops on topics such as: stress management, mental wellness, parenting teenagers in a digital age, dating violence, listening & communication, and reducing depression / anxiety. Since 2005, he has partnered with 75+ local and national organizations including public & private schools, national conferences, colleges, and churches.
