Marc is passionate about producing a wake of healthy and effective leaders that are known, valued, and have a future in there organizations. He believes that everything rises and falls with leadership, so he has placed the focus of his ministry on the development of leaders. 

Along the way Marc earned his Master’s in Divinity and Doctorate in Ministry from Reformed Theological Seminary. It was there that he did his dissertation on “Leaders at Risk” where he worked with Dr. Henry Cloud on case studies. He has used that study to speak all over the world teaching leaders about the “Red Flags” to pay attention to in their own leadership journeys. When he is not speaking his passion for personal and organizational growth and development leads him to spend his time coaching the next generation of Christian leaders.

Marc has worked with Cru, a Non-Profit Missions organization, since 1978. He currently serves as the Leadership Development Director on the North American/Oceania Area Team and on the US Leadership Team, where he serves as US Director of Leadership Development and Human Resources. Prior to these roles he served in Cru’s Campus Ministry on the National Team as the Leadership Development director for 6 years; before that he was the New Staff Training and LD director for 6 years and prior to that served in the Mid Atlantic Region as a local leader at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Marc is married to Patty and they have 4 grown children and 2 grandsons. When his not spending time with them he can be found enjoying time with his dog, Daphne.
