Brought this to place on my parents grave stone. Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship & wonderful way to see their faces when I go to their grave

Had a small issue but Bob resolved it right away. Excellent customer service.

I love these but I didn't get the adhesion kit

My father's headstone picture from Bob's was perfect. I had a particular picture I loved of my father, but it was taken with the family. Bob's helped me to edit the picture to remove the rest of us from the background and it turned out beautifully. I've not had a chance to adhere the photo tile to the headstone yet as it is getting cold, but I cherish this photo tile even without it being on the headstone. Bob's made the ordering process so easy. They really care that loved ones are treated with the respect and honor they deserve. Highly recommend their services and their product.

It didn't come with the adhesive back or any of the installation kit I was very disappointed in this aspect. If you guys would sent me this installation kit with instructions, I would gladly change my review to a 5 star.

This product initially was done wrong but when I contacted the seller he immediately fixed it and sent it back to me. I appreciated the dedication to make things right. My mom passed away 1/15/23 and I wanted it for her birthday and anniversary.

Everyone I showed this to really liked it and was pleased that I put it on her gravesite! The item arrived early which helped so I could put it in place for the family get together.

This is a perfect addition to the memorial stone that my husband is carving for our precious grand daughter that we lost 3 years ago. She was a softball player since the age of 8 and the picture we picked and you created was perfect. The stone is going at the base of a tree at the softball park where she played her first game ever behind home plate! Thank you for making this even more special for all that go there to visit her.

The size I ordered large but when it comes small I didn’t expect it this I canceled this item and talked to agent because of the size small I canceled this item the size but with out notice delivered to me

If you call the headstone companies for a price, you will faint! If you provide a decent photo, you will receive a remarkable product! The adhesive strip is very sturdy and strong. Beautiful very pleased

This is my second time ordering from Bob and I was very pleased with the previous order a few years ago. I decided to order two plaques for my parent's headstone...one of their wedding and a more recent one before they passed. There was a problem with one of them and I notified Bob of my concern. He stood behind his product and made it right! He shipped me another one in a timely manner and I am so pleased with this one! Knowing I can add both of these wonderful plaques to the headstone gives me comfort. I know I will love the addition of seeing these pictures when I go to the cemetery. It's amazing how great of a job they did with my picture. When I opened up the package it was a flood of emotions and happy tears. I can't say enough about these people. After ordering some pictures through another company and having a bad experience I was a little hesitant to try again. I found Bob's on Amazon and gave him a chance. Within 2 days he emailed me with the proof for my approval and I had the picture 3 weeks later. The quality and craftsmanship of the photos are unbelievable.
