What is Monte Vista Living
Monte Vista is one of the oldest Historic Districts in San Antonio, Texas located slightly north of downtown and is roughly bounded by San Pedro, Hildebrand, McCullough, Shook and Ashby. The centrally located neighborhood is characterized by distinguished residential architecture from the early 20th century including Classical Revival, Tudor, Spanish Eclectic, Queen Anne, and Craftsman style houses. The area is peaceful, walk-able and beautiful. There are many amenities close such as the Pearl, the River Walk, parks, museums, and many 1st class restaurants and bars. Enjoy a restful and quite stay just 7 minutes away (by car) from San Antonio River Walk and Downtown. It will be a pleasure to host you in our unique Atlee B. Ayres designed "Villa" style Casita so you can also experience the "Monte Vista Living".
Casita Details
The two-story Casita is approximately 924 square feet of space and is an open studio layout. We can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.
The first floor will have a standard sleeper sofa in the living room, a full sized kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, and a smaller sized closet.
You will find one king sized Sleep Number (air bed) and a standard sleeper sofa on the 2nd floor. The full sized bathroom with tub/shower and a large closet will also be located in the upper level.
Basic Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Baby Equipment and Accessories Available upon request. (Sorry, no Pets Allowed.)
In addition there is a private patio with an exterior gate door. There is plenty of street parking for multiple vehicles.
Minimum Stay of 2 Nights. Discount available for more than one month reservations.
