Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation to receive a full refund. For any cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation, you will receive a voucher that can be applied to future reservations.

How many miles come with the rental?
Each reservation comes with 100 miles per day. Any additional mileage will cost $7 per mile.
Are there hourly options for chauffeur service?
Yes, with a 3-hour minimum.

How old do you have to be in order to attain chauffeur service?
We welcome guests 18 and above. Children under the age of 12 are only permitted with a parent of guardian. Children between the ages of 12-18 traveling alone will require special permission from a parent or guardian.
