Please be informed that the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) in collaboration with the Landbank of the Philippines, has implemented the use of LBP's e-Payment facility, the Landbank Link.Biz Portal. Clients may now pay for NAMRIA products and services fees online at https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/index.jsp . However, they may opt to pay using the over-the-counter mode of payment in the Cash Section or Map Sales Office.

This is to inform the public that a purported entity that goes by the name “NAMRIA Lending Company” is NOT in any way associated nor connected with the NAMRIA Provident Fund. The NAMRIA Provident Fund, duly-registered under the laws of the Philippines, DOES NOT offer its services to the general public but to legitimate member-employees of the NAMRIA only. The public is therefore WARNED not to transact or engage in any business with this fictitious company. Extreme caution when dealing in online transactions is hereby advised.

Please be advised that the La Union, Iloilo City and Davao City Map Sales Offices (MSOs) of NAMRIA are temporarily closed owing to the pending designation/availability of the Officer in Charge/Special Collecting Officer of the said MSOs. Clients can still purchase maps online through this link:https://namria.gov.ph/eMapa.

Pursuant to Administrative Order No. 31, s. 2012 "Directing and Authorizing all Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Commissions, Agencies, Offices and Instrumentalities of the National Government, including Government-Owned and/or Controlled Corporations (GOCCs), to rationalize the rates of their Fees and Charges, increase their existing rates, and impose New Fees and Charges."
Pursuant to Administrative Order No. 31, s. 2012 "Directing and Authorizing all Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Commissions, Agencies, Offices and Instrumentalities of the National Government, including Government-Owned and/or Controlled Corporations (GOCCs), to rationalize the rates of their Fees and Charges, increase their existing rates, and impose New Fees and Charges."
In this regard, we would like to inform the public the Proposed Fees and Charges for various Products and Services of NAMRIA.
