Kyle Somersall is an entrepreneur and meditation teacher from the Bronx, NY. He founded the meditation community, Innerglow, which created partnerships with companies like Lululemon and WeWork to create spaces for people to connect deeper with themselves and others. He's currently building out a new platform, The Peoples, which will be a digital community and marketplace to help individuals tap into their full selves. His focus is at the intersection of culture, community and wellbeing.

Hellen Yuan was a New York-based wellness practitioner, foodie, designer and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in the luxury, ready-to-wear fashion industry. Born in Taiwan and raised in Los Angeles, Hellen’s life was always a blend of east and west mentalities. She was instrumental in launching designer labels such as HELLESSY, 6397, AREA and more. She used these design and business skills to develop as an entrepreneur and actualize her passion project, HELLEN, a collection of thoughtfully curated self-care tools.

This podcast is a special tribute to Hellen who passed away on December 11th, 2020. Though she is no longer with us in the physical form, her infinite light lives on through all the people she touched.

Kelly Keefe is a Vibrational Artist working primarily with Reiki, Angelic Communication, Kundalini, Movement, and Elemental Wisdom to support in collective transformation and evolution. She is the founder of the Heartspace Healing Academy where individual and group trainings are available for those who hear the call. Youth empowerment and New World Education is at the forefront of her heart's work in addition to supporting healer and leaders rise. Her channeled book, Rise Above Fear supports in the understanding of how fear works and how we can befriend it to transcend the barriers we place upon ourselves. She lives fully and loves to see others do the same. A student of indigenous wisdom, Kelly has studied under several indigenous elders including the Mayan, Apache, and Zuni tribes. Her podcast Into The Heartspace shares meditations, interviews with other heartled leaders, and freeflow channeling. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge to help people connect with themselves, rise above fear, live in alignment, break through limiting beliefs, and shine as the Star they truly are.

Elliot Bless is an Independent American rapper from Queens, New York. Bless began his musical journey playing trumpet, which peaked with a Carnegie Hall performance.
