IMPROVEMENTS IN FINANCIAL SECTOR
Performance Improvement and Leadership Development
Our team delivered an Operational Excellence programme for back office teams and senior management stakeholders within the operations function of global retail banks in India, Russia, Armenia, Hong Kong, the UK, and Singapore. Through several months of hard work, we managed to increase the department’s capacity by more than 20%. We did this by implementing best practices, improving the team’s soft skills, and improving the organisations’ customer service experience.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
An Innovative Solution
With this project, we were able to jump right in with our expertise and really help the company's leadership team grow and evolve. We developed and introduced our leadership coaching model, which is designed to assess and develop the fundamental qualities required by transformational leaders. The project explored the emotional intelligence traits and behaviours of individuals through the use of EQ-I questionnaires, follow up discussions, and 1-to-1 coaching. We coached the Senior Leadership Team on an individual basis and led leadership team days to improve communication between individuals, to boost the efficiency of the overall team. Finally, we supported and coached the L&D department in the creation of their vision for the future and their strategy for achieving their goals.
