WELCOME TO NORTH ESSEX THERAPY SERVICES

NETS was established in 2017 by Dr Makala Balls and Dr Sandy Sachse, both Chartered Clinical Psychologists with extensive experience of working with adults in NHS services locally.

We aim to ensure that our clients have access to a wide range of psychological therapies based on the most up to date clinical research. All of the therapies we offer are recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE). We appreciate that many of these therapies are not always easily available via the NHS. We strive to ensure that clients can access effective treatments, are given a choice of treatments whenever possible, and can access help in a timely manner.
