Oak Brook Estates has been a family owned and operated 55+ retirement community since 1987. We are nestled among a beautiful expanse of hardwoods on the eastern edge of the Portage Creek Bicentennial Park, where our residents enjoy a peaceful, well-maintained neighborhood. 

We're far enough aside to avoid the daily hustle and bustle of Portage, but still conveniently close to shopping, dining, and entertainment...the perfect combination for your golden years.

Residents at Oak Brook own their homes and pay lot rent. This creates a unique blend of freedom and support, as a variety of optional services are available at reasonable rates.
